Withdrawl
An absolute disgrace of a company. They allow you to deposit but not withdraw.
Every time you try to talk to them regarding it, you need to wait a further 72 hours. I am now 12 days into what should have been an easy withdrawal process.
I have now had to seek legal advice due to their incompetence and neglect of their client base. Resolver has guaranteed I will receive compensation as I have documented every conversation (35 emails), and have a list of every excuse they have used not to pay me.

Refuse payouts
After refusing to send bank statements mrq with held my withdrawal but allowed further deposits surely it should be the same for both I have requested to close my account it as its email only I have had no reply

My withdrawals
Well were do I start. Ive been playing this site for well over 2 years now and Ive always been paid out my withdrawals within 2 hours ov making them.
For some reason thats not happening anymore I made two withdrawals on the 18 10 24
One ov £600 and one ov£400 that I won on a slot game.
Then I got a email form MR Q asking me to provide all these documents.
That they have never askt for in the past when Ive made a withdrawal.
So I sent them all the documents they askt for and Im not getting anywhere
With them. They just keep sending me more emails asking for more documents.
When all I want is the money I won far and square on this site. Its been 4 weeks since I made my withdrawals.

Hi, sorry to be a nuisance, but I won on the slots last Sunday and withdrew my money. However, I was then asked for my bank card, which I provided, and seven days later, I'm none the wiser.

No one called, no one answered this number, no one is there. I am waiting for a call.
I tried to call, but this is not the right number. This is a site I would not use again. They will not pay me money that is owed to me.
I am not happy and I will be going to the police about this. I am being penalized.
