They take 8 days to answer emailsAsk intrusive questionsThey are happy to take deposits when documents are required they don't ask questions however when it's time to withdraw They will have questions and they never want to release withdrawals.Mr Q is always looking at what benefits their company deposits but withdrawals they can't process on time and they answer emails after 8 days I have proof of that.

If you require documents uploading don't take any despots until you have verified the account but MR Q will keep taking your deposits and then it's time to withdraw they won't give you your money

My bank account has changed from a cash card to a basic account. My sort code account number is the same.
The only difference is the card number on the front.
I have sent all of my information over via email that includes pictures of my bank card and pictures to prove that my account has changed via the bank. I would like this resolving today

Posted previously re a frozen game. Support repeatedly emailed me asking to close the ticket as I hadn't replied to their several emails asking me to give more details, which I had already supplied.
I managed to get to live agent by choosing different (incorrect) options. Bit of a waste of time there, they obviously read a script and get lost if your query doesn't fit that. After several days they managed to close the game off and decided that, even though I had already accrued £21 from 2 of the 5 bonus feature Mega spins, I would only win £9 total from the other 3 and added £30 to my account with my £1 stake refunded. Pretty poor in my opinion.
Despite asking several times for my complaint to be escalated, the chat agent advised I could only do that by email after support closed the ticket.
Very poor response and very poor service for a long time customer who has spent a considerable amount over the years. That will be spent elsewhere going forward, and certainly not with any sister sites as no doubt the same customer service dept serves the sister sites as well.
User's recommendation: Just avoid, winning on a bonus round, it crashes and they offer you a derisory amount to close the complaint.

Absolutely disgraceful useless customer service
I have 5 large withdrawals and 1 very small withdrawal; not a single one has gone through. I have received no replies to my emails, and live chat is absolutely useless, so I'm now at a standstill with no funds and don't know what to do at this point. I am very unhappy.

Game froze in middle of bonus feature, Cust service has no phone number, "live" chat is a bot, takes details then ends conversation instead of passing to a live support agent (if they have any, who knows?).no idea if issue even been acknowledged or being dealt with.

Lack of communication
l have ve been waiting 8days for a issue to be resolved from this company. I have emailed back the information they have asked for numerous times but still my account is on hold.
I have kept intouch every single day trying to get an answer from them. My account is on hold and i can't use it until i send the information they require which i did straight away. More than once. I dont seem to be getting any further forward with this.
Its very frustrating. I have also lost all my promotions while the account is on hold including 50 free spins.
I have credit in my balance which i cannot withdraw. This is my money.

I have deposited twice in 2 different ways and won over £100, now cannot withdraw anything, just keeps asking me to deposit, spoken with customer service and all they can say is deposit more.
Why on earth I would do that is beyond me.
