Will not pay out winnings , keeps asking for ID after giving them several IDs they will not pay out . This has gone on for months and now they will not reply to emails and place you on hold if you can eventually get hold of them

Some used one of my phones and run up a bil of£240 with outmy permission
My ex-girlfriend used my phone without my knowledge and ran up a debt of £240. I have never given her my permission and would have not given her any permission to use it on a gambling site.
There is an extra payment of 0 on the number 0749603**** for which I am the bill payer. I do not know how she managed to do this.

I spelt my name wrong on my payment method so it doesnt let me withdraw I need it taken off so I can put it back on correctly

No one has got back to me at all Im waiting for my withdrawal and Ive received nothing and all and any documents should have been requested at the point of creating my account. I have now sent all documents and I still havent received my withdrawal of over £240 its a joke
